1. WHAT IS THE GREEN PHACTOR GROCERY GIFT CARD PROMOTION?
We are offering a $500.00 grocery rebate certificate to any customer that purchases a year supply of Green pHactor.

2. HOW DOES A REBATE CERTIFICATE WORK?
You can receive a rebate of $25 per month for each month you spend $100 or more in groceries (with a food certificate). So a $500 certificate is good for 20 months at $25 per month.

3. WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
For purchasing a year supply of Green pHactor, you will be issued a “pin code or certificate”.
You activate it by going online at www.claimyourvisacards.com and fill out a form. Once your registration is complete mail in your downloadable certificate along with a check for $10.00 (a full refundable registration fee), to the redemption center.

At the time of activation choose the supermarket or grocery store you want to do your food shopping at, for the entire redemption period.

You will be issued redemption coupons (that are printable from your computer or that will be mailed to you) with your name, the activation number and the month and year that the coupon needs to be sent into the redemption center.

On the first day of the very next month, begin to save on food receipts every time you go grocery shopping. Once you have AT LEAST $100 in receipts for that month, mail those receipts and that month’s redemption coupon into the redemption company. The address is right on the voucher itself - the process is made very simple.

When the redemption center receives it, they process it and issue a $25 grocery debit card. When you receive the card, you can use it at any grocery store that accepts that gift card.

4. WHAT SPECIFIC GROCERY STORE CHAINS PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM?
All Grocery stores (super markets) are available.

5. DOES THE $25 GIFT CARD THAT I RECEIVE EVERY MONTH HAVE TO BE SPENT/USED AT THE SUPERMARKET THAT I SELECTED UPON REGISTERING THE PIN/ CERTIFICATE?
No, you can use it anywhere Visa is accepted.
 
6. DO THESE GROCERY CERTIFICATES EXPIRE?
No. There is no expiration date on the grocery certificates.
 
7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SPEND $100 ON GROCERIES DURING A CALENDAR MONTH?
Then you would not be issued your $25 gift card for that month. The underwriters of the program require that you submit all receipts each calendar month and, therefore, you cannot combine 2 months of receipts to submit them as one. You must spend $100 per month on groceries.
 
8. DO I HAVE TO USE THE GIFT CARD TO GET GROCERIES?
No, you can use it anywhere Visa is accepted.
 
9. CAN THE $100 WORTH OF GROCERY RECEIPTS INCLUDE ALL THINGS SOLD AT THE GROCERY STORE?
Each receipt must contain at least 50% food/beverage purchases for that receipt to qualify. For example, if $60 worth of groceries is purchased, $30 of it must be in food or beverage purchases. If at least 50% of a specific receipt is not food/beverages, than that receipt is disqualified. Qualified receipts include edible human/pet food products and beverages only. Just submit one or more receipts totaling $100 or more to qualify but make sure that each of those receipts show at least 50% spent on food/beverages.

10. CAN THE $25 GIFT CARD BE USED AS PART OF THE $100 WORTH OF GROCERIES SPENT DURING THE MONTH?
Yes.

11. DO THE RECEIPTS HAVE TO BE MAILED IN BY A CERTAIN DATE?
Yes, before the end of the month. The receipts need to be postmarked before the end of the month the voucher is for.
 
12. WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN $100 PER MONTH?
If you spend over $100 per month- you still only receive ONE card for $25 per household during the same redemption period.

13. WHERE DO I MAIL MY VOUCHERS AND RECEIPTS?

14. WHEN DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY CERTIFICATE?
You should register your certificate as soon as you can because you cannot collect grocery receipts until the following month.

15. I REGISTERED ONLINE; DO I NEED TO SEND IN MY CERTIFICATE?
No, you only need to save your receipts and send in the voucher and receipts for each month.

16. WILL I GET UNSOLICITED MAIL BY THE REDEMPTION CENTER?
No.

General Terms & Conditions:

a. Every month, once you purchase a total $100 or more, mail those original receipts with that month’s coupon.

b. Only original receipts may be submitted, with the name of the store and the date or purchase clearly visible. If the store name or date is difficult to read, you may hand write the name and/or date on the front of their receipt.

c. Submissions (receipts and coupons) must be postmarked by the end of the calendar month matching the coupon month.

d. Receipts must be from the same grocery store throughout the entire redemption period.

e. $25 Redemption is in the form of a Visa Gift Card.

f. You may use the Visa Gift Card to reach the $100 monthly premium requirements.

g. Multiple same day receipts are not permitted. One receipt for the entire $100+ is permitted, as are multiple receipts adding up to $100+ within the same month.

h. Visa Gift Cards do not have the names on them and are, therefore, transferable.
