Green pHactor pH Balanced Recipes
Green drinks are a terrific way to begin your morning or help you over a mid-afternoon hump when your energy may be low. These drinks are also a useful addition to a detox cleanse.

Try these recipes with some of your other favorite fruits and vegetables!



Peanut Butter, Apples n' Banana Print E-mail
  • 3/4 - 1 banana, depending on size
  • 1 heaping tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Green pHactor
  • 3/4 cup Apple Juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Mix in blender for 25-30 seconds.
For added flavor, add 1/2 apple, peeled and cored.


 
Chocolate Shake Smoothie Print E-mail
  • 1 cup of milk or milk substitute such as rice milk, almond milk, or oat milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of organic chocolate.
  • 1 tablespoon of Green pHactor.
  • Handful of frozen or fresh fruit such as strawberries (optional if using chocolate).
  • Agave nectar or honey as sweetner.
Blend to texture desired.


 
Cocoa Verde Smoothie Print E-mail
  • 1 tablespoon Green pHactor Powder.
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (we recommend hemp or rice).
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Powder.
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit.
  • 8 ounces organic apple juice.
  • 8 ounces of pure water.
Add ice cubes and blend to desired temperature and texture.


 
Fruit Smoothie Print E-mail
  • 1 tablespoon Green pHactor.
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder.
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds.
  • 1 pear (or 1 frozen banana).
  • 8 ounces organic apple juice.
  • 8 ounces of pure water.

Add ice cubes and blend to desired temperature and texture.
